The Labyrinth of Self is a framework for exploring how our experiences across time shape who we become. Rather than seeing our lives as disconnected events, the labyrinth invites us to recognize the patterns, adaptations, strengths, and lessons that emerge throughout our journey.
Explore the map, download your own copy, reflect on your journey, and discover the books, articles, and tools that support the practice of self-understanding.

This is my healing map. These are the parts that saved me. The spiral you see is the journey I took to find myself.

Build Your Own Labyrinth
Healing begins with naming. If you’d like support discovering your own inner parts, the Internal Family Systems model offers a compassionate framework for understanding how we survive, protect, and heal.
Use the blank labyrinth to begin mapping your journey. Color, name, listen. There’s no wrong way back to wholeness.

There are gods and goddesses in each of us. Not out there. Not in marble. Not in myth. But here. In our bones. In our breath. In the broken places. Parts of self, buried. We gave them up to survive a world that feared their power. We made ourselves small to keep others comfortable. But they never left. To know yourself— Truly know yourself— You must walk the labyrinth of you. Face the ones you cast out. Hold the ones you forgot. Invite them home. You are not one thing. You are many. A pantheon in motion. A temple with no roof. You are the labyrinth. And you are the god at its center.
What began as notes to the parts of me that survived became a roadmap for anyone finding their way home.
These are the words I needed. If they speak to you, then maybe you need them too.
Take what you need. Come back when you forget. The revolution starts within.
My Substack is where the spiral speaks.
It’s where I write in real time — about healing, trauma, multiplicity, justice, identity, and the messy beauty of being human.
Some pieces are soft and tender. Some are sharp and burning. All of them are true.
There are many threads:
